I am writing you concerning a review of Diane Schweers, Sales Associate/ Realtor at Coldwell Banker in Oxnard. My Mom received a letter in the mail from Diane offering her real estate services. The fact that she walked the streets of multiple neighborhoods and knocked on doors to introduce herself was clearly an example of a hard working, dedicated, and top-notch realtor. We called and made an appointment to meet with her. She was charming, friendly, and helpful with lots of advice on moving and selling the house. One example of her support is offering to help us pack boxes, clean windows, and recommending movers, etc.. Diane was extremely supportive from the opening of escrow to the closing. Anytime we had a question she was always available and knowledgeable. Every step of the way her work ethic showed, that she was always willing to go above and beyond, to get the job done in order to keep moving forward with the sell. She is a true treasure with a good sense of humor and balance of calmness during stressful times. My experience was GREAT! I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. Diane is a genuinely kind person and an asset to Coldwell Banker.
